JACK HARVEY
FOUNDER
Prior to Duration Group, Jack was Head of Private Equity at Tucker’s Farm Corporation, a value-oriented holding vehicle, where he lead acquisitions in residential and consumer services and partnered with CEOs to scale their businesses. Previously, he invested at Causeway, helping deploy over $200 million of equity capital into operating companies. Jack began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Dartmouth College. Jack is originally from New York, NY. -

TUCKER MOULTON
FOUNDER
Prior to Duration Group, Tucker was a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital and an associate at The Carlyle Group, where he partnered with industrial, business, and consumer services companies. In these roles, he invested over $2bn in equity. Tucker began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Hamilton College, where he played on the football team. Tucker is originally from Marblehead, MA. -

JASON PANANOS
PARTNER
Jason Pananos is the Co-Founder of The Nashton Company, a holding company that invests long term in niche, recurring-revenue service businesses. Previously, he was President and Co-CEO of Vector Disease Acquisition, a provider of vector-borne disease prevention and lake management services. Under his leadership, the company completed 14 acquisitions and grew at a 43% CAGR before its sale to Rentokil Initial. He is also a Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School, where he teaches Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition. Pananos holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in finance from UMass Amherst. -

KENT WEAVER
PARTNER
Kent Weaver is Founder and CEO of Granite Point and has invested in over 75 middle-market companies. He has partnered with entrepreneurs to grow businesses including VRI, Discover Outsourcing, FieldEdge, mTab, Neuro International, Integra, and CALO. Kent is also Executive Chairman and former CEO of a Northern California home health care company acquired through a self-funded search. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at a VC-backed marketing automation startup, PepsiCo’s Pizza Hut Division, and Ernst & Young. He holds an MBA from UCLA and a BS in finance from USC.
